Thank you Ken, Dartford, Kent A This looks like Photinia fraseri 'Pink Marble' , also known as Christmas Berry. It has very distinctive foliage - green and white variegated leaves that are sometimes flushed pink combined with the striking juvenile or new foliage which is red flushed with pink.
