(klə-mĕn′tā), Roberto Walker 1934-1972. Puerto Rican-born American baseball player who spent his entire career with the Pittsburgh Pirates (1955-1972). He batted .300 or better in 13 different seasons and had exactly 3,000 hits before he was killed in a plane crash.
