Prospect or pre-resident information may include the following: Full name of potential lessee; Full name of potential co-lessee; Social security number; Birth date; Current address and length of time there; Current housing provider; If less than three years, previous housing provider; Current employer and length of time there; Current salary; If less than three years, previous employer; Number of children, ages, and names; and Number of pets, ages, description, and names.
These two men were described in legal papers as "co-lessees" - like roommates sharing and inhabiting the Fourth Estate.
