Travel experts DialAFlight have picked out the
Cook Islands, a cluster of fifteen islands and two reefs to the north east of New Zealand, as the perfect tropical stopover.
Its mission was to provide specialist eye care services to the
Cook Islands.
Group D: Wales,
Cook Islands, Atlantic qualifier (winners through to quarter-finals).
The announcement comes after trial flights in the summer holiday season and discussions with
Cook Islands Tourism.
There is a paucity of published material on life in the
Cook Islands and particularly a lack of writing on the importance and the vitality of dance (and music) creation and performance in the thirteen home islands and in migrant communities.
"I'm sure whoever gets the chance to be cast away on the
Cook Islands will have the experience of a lifetime, learning to build accommodation, cooking on an island and working as a team.

Prior to the arrival of the Missionaries in 1821, the
Cook Islands had no written language.

Cook Islands dollar, allowed fiscal retrenchment to be delayed in the early 1990s.
The domestic banking system is comprised of branches of two major Australian banks and the local Bank of the
Cook Islands (BCI).
Only the independent directorate in the
Cook Islands or other islands can disclose this information, and they generally refuse all requests.
It also indicated that publishing in French Polynesia was more active than other areas of the Pacific, including the
Cook Islands. However, as a whole the Library's holdings were not vastly different from those of the Library of Congress or other Australian libraries.
