Specifically, this study investigates the potential moderating effects of co-rumination on the relationships between goal orientations and anxiety, job satisfaction, and supervisor-targeted
deviance. The current study contributes to both the organizational and co-rumination literatures in several ways.
Emergency Services is a field that encounters intense job-related affections, and subsequently, the rates of employee
