Based on George Bernard Shaw's 1913 play Pygmalion and featuring music by
Frederick Loewe and lyrics by Alan Jay Lerner, My Fair Lady tells the story of downtrodden Cockney flower girl Eliza Doolittle (Hannah Thomas) and the attempts by the well to do Professor Henry Higgins (Mark Shenton) to turn her into a 'lady' following a bet with his friend Colonel Pickering (Bill Robertson).
