The number of
full-time equivalent GPs - including registrars - stood at 34,492 in March 2017, 34,424 in March 2018, and 34,736 in March 2019.

Numbers have dropped by 1 per cent in the past year, from 126,252
full-time equivalent officers in September 2016 to 125,364 in September 2017, a loss of 888 officers.
"The SNP has made closing the attainment gap a key priority of this parliament - and these latest statistics show that our efforts are making progress on this, with 666
full-time equivalent teachers across Scotland being funded by the Attainment Scotland Fund.
The data, published by NHS England, shows that Solihull has seen the biggest percentage decline in
full-time equivalent GPs.
"Nor will I apologise for the fact that we fought an election on a manifesto commitment to maintain
full-time equivalent numbers in our colleges.
Chief executive Helen Dickinson said: "Today's fall in
full-time equivalent employment from our sample of retailers shows a continuation of a year-long downward trend of retailers reducing the number of hours being worked.
It also approved an increase in staff, including a
full-time equivalent (FTE) team leader in legal services and 1.5 FTE organisers for this year's budget, and a 0.5FTE lawyer in next year's budget.
Labour said this has led to cuts in staffing of 70% over the same period, with
full-time equivalent staff falling to nine.
The clinical care team consists of 128
full-time equivalent clinicians (37
full-time equivalent anesthesiologists and 91
full-time equivalent anesthetists) who provide services to seven Allina Health facilities, including Abbott Northwestern Hospital, the Minneapolis Heart Institute and The Mother Baby Center.
