(mŏl′ə-tôf′, môl′-, mō′lə-), Vyacheslav Mikhailovich Originally Vyacheslav Mikhailovich Skryabin. 1890-1986. Soviet politician who was a close associate of Joseph Stalin. He headed the Council of People's Commissars (1930-1941) and served as foreign minister (1939-1949 and 1953-1956).
