Within the building are a number of food and beverage outlets including the in-house Mi Tapas, which promotes LOHAS (Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability), as well as the ground floor Teppan 101 (a teppanyaki grill restaurant) and Shabu Shabu (for Japanese
nabemono hotpot dishes).
For example, if you go to Tsukiji, go to Asakusa, if you like sukiyaki (a Japanese dish that is prepared and served in the
nabemono, a Japanese hot pot) or unagi (freshwater eels).
The naAaAaAeA ve and picky eaters, unfortunately, associate Japanese fo with anything raw; when in fact, they have a variety of cooked, savory meals--teppanyaki,
nabemono, gyudon, yakitori--that will surely please your palate and satisfy your senses.
The wrestler, from Nagoya in Japan, ate chanko
nabemono stew consisting of vegetable and meat or fish with copious amounts of rice and side dishes at every sitting.
Ideta's menu is pretty typical of ones you see at other Japanese restaurants: udon,
nabemono, tempura, donburi and sushi, along with entrees such as Salmon Shiovaki ($15.50) and Butterfish Teriyaki ($17).
