These are earthenware vessels found in the Shamkir region and the base of a column from the ruins of the Achaemenid Palace, similar to the Iranian ones in the
Pasargadae Palace.
The earliest known Persian garden was the one that was built in
Pasargadae, Persia's first capital, around 500 BC.
Perhaps the first designed garden was built by Cyrus the Great in 550 BC, at
Pasargadae, in central Iran.
The huge stones were found in an Achaemenid-era quarry in Sivand some 32 kilometers (20 miles) from
Pasargadae, the capital city.
They include the ruins of Persepolis and
Pasargadae, the mosques and palace at Meidan Emam of Isfahan, and other sites included on the Illinois company's 12-day tour from $5,600.

That brings us finally to the so-called daiva inscription of Xerxes, of which two copies with an Akkadian and an Elamite translation were found in Persepolis in 1935 and one in
Pasargadae in 1963.
A: Actually, some of my very favorite spots during my travels in Iran are the ruins of Persepolis and
Pasargadae, which I've visited twice and where I won't mind going back again, as every time I notice a different detail and take pictures from different angles.
Later Achaemenid used Urartu architecture in
Pasargadae, Persepolis, and Susa Apadana.
This idea of the 'king-gardener' is well-recorded in case of Achaemenid king, Cyrus and his capital city
Pasargadae. The royal city included a magnificent rectangular garden at the centre of the palace complex, alongside a portico with colonnade.
