8 June 2018 - Texas, US-based midstream asset operator Solaris Water Midstream, LLC has closed on the acquisition of a New Mexico water supply business owned by water management company Vision Resources, Inc., adding water management to its
Pecos Star System, which operates in the Delaware Basin, the company said.

Pecos delivered a notice to the company stating that, as a result of alleged breaches by the company of its obligations pursuant to the share purchase agreement, First
Pecos has terminated the agreement and demanded that the company pay a USD 500,000 termination fee pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
