Seedbox seeder

The seedbox seeder had a seedbox the length of the swath to be planted. A rotating agitator fed the seed out in small continuous streams evenly spaced along the length of the box. By the time the seed hit the ground, the streams had broadened so that reasonably uniform coverage was obtained.
