This new mechanical tuner is comprised of a 64" long high power, low loss slab line with a 0.235" wide by 0.800" high stripline center conductor that has been machined with less than a 1 mil overall tolerance.
The new system is based on a movement mechanism with one horizontal and two vertical axes placed balanced and diametral in the same wideband transmission line (slab line).
These include block utters, splitter, tile line with multi cross cutting machine, milling machine, gang saws, fully automatic slab lines with ovens, bridge cutting machine and edge chamfering machine.
"With a dedicated face mix mixer, we are able to produce special colours and textures, and in the future add to our paver and slab lines," says Eric Hoogendoorn.
