n.1.(Chem.) A salt of sulphocyanic acid; - also called thiocyanate, and formerly inaccurately sulphocyanide.
Ferric sulphocyanate
(Chem.) a dark red crystalline substance usually obtained in a blood-red solution, and recognized as a test for ferric iron.
