tropomyosin and for vimentin by a confocal microscope.
The troponin complex is composed of three subunits: 1) troponin C (TnC), 18 kDa, which has binding sites for calcium; 2) troponin I (TnI), 20-24 kDa, coupled with actin, which interferes with the binding of myosin to actin at low calcium concentrations (inhibitory effect); and 3) troponin T (TnT), 31-36 kDa, that binds the troponin complex with
tropomyosin. One troponin complex is present for every seven actins molecules along thin filaments (Gordon et al.; Moore et al., 2016; Lin et al, 2017).
The experiments indicated that when dectin-1 recognizes
tropomyosin in house dust mites, shrimp or other common allergy-triggering species it suppresses airway cells' production of an immune molecule, IL-33, which otherwise would promote an allergic response by immune cells.

tropomyosin receptor kinase B signal pathway in mice," Journal of Neurochemistry, vol.
[H.sub.2]S has a role in
tropomyosin receptor kinase B (TrKB) and glutamate as well as mechanistic targets of rapamycin (mTOR) signaling pathways, and it activates the TrKB-mTOR signaling pathway as well as synaptic protein in MDD.
For instance, shrimp has high-level
tropomyosin, which is the factor for causing food allergies [7].
In meat samples, the main protein bands identified in the range of molecular weights from 250 to 10kDa were myosin heavy chain (MHC), [alpha]-actinin ([alpha]-act), desmin, actin (ACT), troponin T (TnT),
tropomyosin (TPM), myosin light chains 1 (MLC1), troponin C (TnC), and myosin light chains 2 (MLC2).
Especially, they indicated the dramatic increase in 2
tropomyosin isoform expressions in hypoxic condition in a HIF-1[alpha]-dependent manner.
Nemaline bodies, or rods, contain Z-line material and thin filament material (alpha-actinin, actin and
tropomyosin with or without desmin at the periphery).
Molecular studies could detect genetic aberrations including a clonal origin, chromosomal abnormalities involving 2p23, fusion of the ALK gene with
tropomyosin 3 (TPM3-ALK) or
tropomyosin 4 (TPM4-ALK), translocations of ROS1 gene, RET mutations, or alterations using comparative genomic analysis CGH [2, 13-16].
