vacuum bottle
n. A bottle or flask having a vacuum between its inner and outer walls, designed to maintain the desired temperature of the contents. Also called vacuum flask.

vacuum bottle
A small container with a double wall and a partial vacuum in the space between the two walls. Vacuum bottles are used to minimize the transfer of heat between the inside and the outside and thus keep the contents at a desired temperature.
