* Limited effect on the bundle branches: bundle branch block or intraventricular conduction delay are rare features of toxicity.
Patients with a preoperative history of AF, moderate or significant organic valvular heart disease, left or right incomplete or complete bundle branch block, antiarrhythmic use, duration of QRS [greater than or equal to] 120 msn and patients with permanent pacemakers were excluded from the study.
Left bundle branch block (LBBB), on the other hand, is more frequently associated with heart disease due to hypertension or coronary artery blockages.
ST-segment ([greater than or equal to] 1 mm) and T-wave changes such as inversions secondary to strain or old injury or conduction abnormalities such as bundle branch blocks and prolonged QT interval may obscure exercise treadmill testing findings.

Procedural success was based on three criteria: 1) class improvement in NYHA class, 2) [greater than or equal to] 5 % improvement in ejection fraction (EF) and 3) conversion of Left bundle branch block (LBBB) into normal QRS complexes.
His cardiac enzymes were not elevated and electrocardiogram (EKG) showed normal sinus rhythm at a rate of 62 bpm with borderline AV conduction delay and right bundle branch block (RBBB) pattern (Figure 1).
