celestial spheres! How dark a woe, yet how sublime a hope!
The Newbery Honor-winning author and illustrator pays tribute to this
celestial sphere once again in her latest picture book, A Big Mooncake for Little Star.

celestial sphere) and ascending (symbolising the spiritual journey), the central minaret-shaped void calls upon the Muslim community to transcend earthly concerns through their faith - and pursuing the quest for knowledge onwards into infinity."
