Every good baseball pitcher has a breaking ball, a
change-up, and some heat.
After the fastballs, the pitcher repeats a sequence of his
change-up and other pitches.
Too many were finding the middle of the plate, and she didn't have the confidence in her secondary pitches - a dropball, curveball and
change-up - to keep hitters from teeing off.
Pitchers who have learned the fastball will move onto the next couple of (Bracket) drills, starting with the
