I do not need a panel of experts to tell me the world economy is trapped in a low-growth environment, and it can be cladded in any form of academic or quasi-academic economese, the basic fact remains: the debt overhang is dragging down the world economy.
Very few people have actually read its thousands of pages of wonkobabble and economese. I certainly have not.
