Successful treatment has been reported with methods, such as abdominoperineal resection (APR) and pelvic
exenteration, using wide local excision.
(44, 45) When the complex anatomy is taken into consideration, a "pushing" border into the periorbital tissues may not require orbital
exenteration to achieve a 5 mm margin, if it is a low-grade neoplasm (Figure 6).

exenteration. Gynecol Oncol 2007;107:578-82.
In 1948, Brunshwig (3) defined pelvic
exenteration as, "a one-stage abdominoperineal operation with end colostomy and bilateral ureteral implantation into the colon above the colostomy," to alleviate these symptoms for 22 patients.
Eight animals having lesions on limbus and cornea were treated by performing enucleation in 6 and

Background: Pelvic
exenteration (PE) for primary and recurrent cervical cancer has resulted in favorable survival outcomes, but there are controversies about specific prognosis factors, and up to now, there have been no published reports from China.
A perceived deficiency was indicated by one-third of respondents for radical cystoprostatectomy and almost two-thirds for anterior pelvic
exenteration.
Retinoblastoma is the most common malignant intraocular tumor in childhood, with a prevalence of approximately 1 in 20,000/ Treatment methods for retinoblastoma include systemic chemotherapy, local chemotherapy, photocoagulation, cryotherapy, thermotherapy, brachytherapy, external radiotherapy, enucleation and
exenteration. (2,3,4) Retinoblastoma is radiosensitive tumor, requiring a dose of 35-45 Gy.
Among the sections are low anterior resection, open total proctocoloectomy with ileostomy, pelvic
exenteration, stomal complications, and abdominal operations for rectal prolapse.
Surgical
exenteration was the treatment option for the case because of debilitating diplopia and visual acuity showing an unlikely improvement with any other treatment option.
