She was diagnosed with Ossifying
Fibroma, which required the removal of the right side of her jaw.

Fibroma, a particularly aggressive form of tumour, which meant the right side of the jaw had to be removed.
Problems in the differential diagnosis related to a
fibroma mimicking another neoplasm are relatively limited and more often one has a circumstance in which a neoplasm of a completely different sort may mimic a
fibroma and potentially be misdiagnosed as such, particularly if the notorious sampling hazard of ovarian tumor evaluation contributes to the issue.
Group II includes cartilage-forming tumours such as chondroma, osteochondroma, chondroblastoma, and chondromyxoid
fibroma. Group III includes giant-cell tumours.
Cardiac
fibroma, also known as Fibrous hamartoma is a rare primary tumour encountered in infants and children without gender predilection.
Calcified cardiac
fibroma is an extremely rare benign tumor of the heart that occurs most commonly in the LV or the interventricular septum.[1] Cardiac
fibroma, nonencapsulated tumor that is grossly infiltrating but which confines to the myocardium, could remain dormant.[2] In the present case, extensive myocardial involvement resulted in compression of the LAD.
Fibroid is the name given to two different types of tumour -- uterine fibroids and
fibroma. Uterine fibroids grow in a woman's uterus or womb whereas
fibroma may occur on nerves, ovaries and many other parts of the body.
Clinical differential diagnosis were epidermal inclusion cyst, mucous cyst,
fibroma and adnexal tumors.
