Scott Metzger of the
Freetail Brewing Co., who has been negotiating on behalf of the Texas Craft Brewers Guild, told reporters that an "agreement in principle" was reached after day-long talks between the Brewers Guild, the state's major distributor groups, the Big Two brewers and consumer organizations.
