The patient denied having an increase in urinary frequency or urgency, dysuria,
hematochezia, or bowel changes.
Overt SBB is diagnosed when a patient presents with either melena or
hematochezia, with the source of bleeding being found in the small intestine.
Patients included in the study were those patient's aged 18-75 years of either gender having AIMS65 score>3 with UGIB, defined by the presence of hematemesis, melena or
hematochezia, and/or a positive N/G tube aspiration for coffee ground, black or bloody contents.
The complaints of the patients were the following: abdominal pain in 12 (37.5%),
hematochezia in 16 (50%), pallor in 3 (9.4%), and chronic diarrhea in 1 (3.1%).
Each mouse of every group was under close observation per day for weight loss, feces property, and
hematochezia, and records were summarized to evaluate the disease activity index (DAI) scores according to Cooper description (15).
Approximately 8 months later, 3 lesser flamingos (Phoeniconaias minor) showed signs of lethargy and

During hospitalization, the patient developed massive
hematochezia requiring six units of packed red blood cells.
Based on the clinical presentation, the presence of palpable skin purpura and diffuse abdominal pain with
hematochezia, a clinical diagnosis of IgA vasculitis or Henoch-Schonlein Purpura (HSP) was made.
A 79-year-old female with a history of right hepatic lobectomy for intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma presented with
hematochezia. An emergency endoscopy showed tortuous blue varices with a cherry red spot in the third portion of the duodenum, suggesting a recent bleeding episode.
M, age 55, presents to his primary care physician (PCP) with
hematochezia. Mr.
