joint manpower program
The document that reflects an activity's mission, functions, organization, current and projected manpower needs and, when applicable, its required mobilization augmentation. A recommended joint manpower program also identifies and justifies any changes proposed by the commander or director of a joint activity for the next five fiscal years. Also called JMP.
