MINT JULEP While watching a Bond movie recently, which I am given to do quite often, I was reminded of a great cocktail that works perfectly when the weather gets a little on the warm side.

STRAIGHT OFF THE VINE

Drinks will include prohibition-style classics such as Gin Rickey (Tanqueray London Dry gin, lime juice, soda water), Mary Pickford (white rum, pineapple juice, maraschino liqueur and grenadine syrup), Mint Julep (muddled mint, Bourbon, water and sugar) and Tom Collins (gin, lemon, sugar and soda water).
