Little by name, little by nature, the
little grebe is around half the size of a moorhen and is a dumpy bird with a pale "powder puff" below its tail.

Common Moorhen (Gallinula chloropus),
Little Grebe (Tachybaptus ruficollis) and Eurasian Collared Dove (Streptopelia decaocto) showed the highest occurrence whereas Cormorant (Phalacrocorax carbo), Common Shelduck (Tadorna tadorna) and White Stork (Ciconia ciconia) occurred less frequently.
