After 30 days of storage at room temperature, PLA/ TBBC-25 exhibits the characteristic diffraction peaks located at 15.0, 16.5, and 18.9[degrees], corresponding to the planes (010), (200)/ (110), and (203)/(l 13) of
orthorhombic crystalline phase [35, 36], Such peaks correspond to the typical a crystalline phase of PLA, which is described as pseudo-orthorhombic or
orthorhombic unit cell.
Sulphamic acid (H2NSO3H) is the monoamide of sulphuric acid and is formed as
orthorhombic crystal.
SrSn[O.sub.3] adopts the
orthorhombic perovskite structure with space group symmetry Pbnm [16], as shown in Figure 1.
The one peculiarity of Oklahoma's barite roses that makes them most resemble flowers is this: the "petals" of the rose, which consist of individual barite crystals, grew as round disks rather than adopting the tabular
orthorhombic crystal forms that are normally present in barite (Fig.
In 1999, the structure of
orthorhombic N, N'-diphenylguanidine (8) was reported as a "new crystal structure." LM reveals that this structure was previously reported in the literature in 1998 (9) (see Table 2).
The results also show that TNT in all crystalline states of four samples exist in monoclinic form which is considered to be more stable than
orthorhombic form which is metastable at room temperature [16].
Two crystal structures have been reported for PLLA: an [alpha] crystal structure (pseudoorthorhombic, with a = 1.06 nm, b = 0.61 nm, c = 2.88 nm, and [alpha] = [beta] = [gamma] = 90[degrees]) with a -10/3 helical conformation [42, 43] and a structure (
orthorhombic, with a = 1.031 nm, b= 1.821 nm, and c = 0.900 nm) with a -3/1 helical conformation [44], In Fig.
Generally, ReMn[O.sub.3] has two kinds of multi ferroic structures, that is, hexagonal and
orthorhombic. The rare earth ([Re.sup.3+]) ionicsize shrinks from 1.11 [Angstrom] to 0.94 [Angstrom] with decreasing the atomic number and reducing the electrons residing in the 4f orbit, called the lanthanum contraction effect.
