Hypocotyl length (HL, in cm) and
primary root length (RL, in cm) was measured in ten normal seedlings randomly obtained after count of the total germination (14th day) using meter scale.
Outcome of
primary root canal treatment: systematic review of the literature--Part 2.
In the plants originated from seeds, the root system is developed from the dominant
primary root with ramifications or lateral roots (RAVEN; EICHHOM; EVERT, 2014).
The root system was also partitioned into
primary root (PRDP) (g) and secondary roots (SRDP) (g).
On the 15th DAS, germination began with the protrusion and elongation of the cotyledon petiole, with successive differentiations into
primary root, leaf sheath, emerging on the side opposite to the one from where the root emerged, and the first eophyll.
The results of germination, shoot and
primary root length showed a correlation with the genomic template stability (GTS) values.
Within the limitations of the present study apart from the endodontic irrigation needle group, all of the tested methods could be used for obturation of primary teeth but not perfect and so new technologies and techniques are needed to improve
primary root canal fillings.
(7) demonstrated that some patients experienced persistent pain during the follow-up period, which lasted up to five years after the
primary root canal therapy.
Germination was recorded daily, for seven days, being taken into consideration the germinated seeds with 2 mm of
primary root (Hadas, 1976).
To determine length of the
primary root and root length density, harvested roots on the final day of the experiment were thoroughly washed of soil, suspended, and spread in water in a rectangular glass dish with black background.
Seeds were considered to be germinated when
primary root reached a length equal to or greater than the highest seed size, Figure 2(i).
