One of the GitHub APIs allows users to obtain a list of repositories that contain specific search terms in their name, description, or in their readme file. First, an API call found the GitHub repositories containing both the words Twitter and bot.
The ASPEN configuration used to process this dataset is given in the dataset readme file. Following ASPEN, histograms of all variables are evaluated to examine the distribution, range, and characteristics of each parameter.
The main folder should also contain a text file of the prediction requests (-f <mutant_data_filename>), such that the data items on each line describe a single mutant and are separated by spaces or tabs (e.g., "3phvA D25E 25 7" or "1gvpA S20T"; see README file in the main folder for additional details).
It may just be to read a Readme file for some newly installed application, or to edit the settings for some application that stores them in a text file, or even to edit some code.
One caveat, however: When we tried to boot up Flight Simulator for the first time, video card warnings prompted us to spend some time with the Readme file and we eventually upgraded an older video card to near state of the art.
