(1-4) The main affected sites are the epididymis, prostate, testicle, penis, and scrotal pouch. Testicular, epididymal, and prostatic lesions are usually misdiagnosed as neoplasms.
At the physical examination we observed that the scrotal pouch was normotrophic, which suggests that the patient had a normal development due to the presence of the testes (Figure 5).
