first used e-mail in 1981 using a CompuServe-based messaging system on a
Radio Shack color computer with only four kilobytes of memory, a
300-baud acoustic coupler telephone modem, and no disk drive. CipherLab's CPT-8021 acoustic coupler terminal is ideal for
the retail setting and is a particularly good choice as a replacement
for older style terminals. |
