Here is information about the
expansion of PFP into the investment advisory area, including the debut
of the AICPA's virtual Center for Investment Advisory Services;
information on building resources for dealing with clients'
retirement planning concerns; and information on developments that
affect CPAs' access to the personal financial specialist (PFS)
accreditation. Fraise said: "We are pleased to be launching this venture on
the heels of our previous success in the advisory area. "The new investment reflects TIAA's
recognition of LEIM's entrepreneurial, value-added approach to real
estate and TIAA's desire to expand its activities into the real
estate investment advisory area," said Thomas Garbutt, managing
