The range of activities required to restore the operational capability of an aerodrome after non-nuclear attack, including: a. Reconnaissance to assess the damage and essential recuperative work; b. Explosive ordnance disposal; c. Restoration of minimum operating surfaces, including aircraft maneuvering areas and access tracks; d. Restoration of services and facilities essential for the conduct of air operations. Also called ADR.
