This decrease in the fourth quarter is primarily attributable to a lower refinancing volume in the Company's mortgage production and increased expenses associated with the use of the Company's credit card air mile reward program.
Two separate air mile programmes will be maintained, with mutual earning and use of air miles between the two companies.
