Twelve (12) orthopyroxenes; - Sixteen (16) clinopyroxenes (two eclogitic and one high-pressure eclogitic); - one (1) G11 garnet; - one (1) G11 garnet; - five (5) eclogitic garnets - one (1) chromite; - four (4) ilmenites; - one (1) olivine; - one (1) amphibole; and, - seventeen (17) garnets identified as either G5 or almandines and most likely coming from the property or other regional source. Twelve (12) orthopyroxenes, of those, four (4) were deemed OP5; Sixteen (16) clinopyroxenes of which, two are eclogitic and one high-pressure eclogitic; one (1) G9 garnet; one (1) G11 garnet; five (5) eclogitic garnets; one (1) chromite; four (4) ilmenites; one (1) olivine; one (1) amphibole; and Seventeen (17) garnets identified as either G5 or almandines and most likely coming from the property or other regional source (see BRDC press release, July 19, 2005). Of note, the micro-probe identified: 12 Orthopyroxenes (4 OP5) 16 Clinopyroxenes (2 eclogitic and 1 High Pressure eclogitic) 1 G9 garnet 1 G11 garnet 5 Eclogitic garnets 1 Chromite 4 Ilmenites 1 Olivine 1 Amphibole; as well as, 17 garnets identified as either G5 or Almandines and most likely coming from the property or other regional sources. |
