Kern and his wife, Patricia, have been philanthropists for some time and had established a charitable foundation, and so it might be expected that they would do good with their profits.
There are very few Florida natives--those of you who are from the North might understand that, and so it's really neat for me to be able to come down here to Orlando.
It was in many ways the land that time forgot and so the challenge here was much more than technical, it was a kind of a poetic challenge, to respect the history and sense of authenticity of this place.
