THE GREAT ANDROID INVASION Andy Rubin, the mastermind behind Google's Android, has had a pretty good few weeks, with major companies throwing their weight behind his operating system.
After weeks of anticipation, Sprint today said that starting on November 1 it will sell Samsung's first Android handset available in the United States.
Last summer, Google's top Android manager, Andy Rubin, said he expected up to 20 devices to debut in 2009.
