It lives in different areas and because is a Synanthropy or anthropophilous (close relationship with man) able to take shelter under stones, rocks, and litter or hide under the bark of trees.
However, Wygodzinsky & Coscaron (1973a) stated that they had never recorded anthropophilous behaviour in this species during their studies in Patagonia.
