In a transaction valued at $46 million, The Treeline Companies has acquired Atria East, the six-story, 207,000 s/f commercial office building located at 990 Stewart Avenue in Garden City, New York.
Spearheaded by Malaika Adero (pictured right), senior editor for Atria Books, the festival, which will be held at the Aaron Davis Hall, Inc.
Further tests revealed that the former cyclists' hearts had significantly larger left and right atria than did the golfers'.
