We found ourselves eating in Spinola on several evenings, watching the fishing boats bobbing in the water - try the local speciality of rabbit in a tasty sauce or bragioli, the Maltese version of beef olives.
We make our own sausages that are out of this world for their flavour, as well as chicken kievs, beef olives and burgers to name but a few items.
But as I added them to my basket, I couldn't help noticing beef olives, which I'd never seen before.
