| Nursing workloads are under threat in WA since a 2002 Federal Industrial Relations Commission order setting benchmarks expired in February. Most affected by the latest results were 31 schools statewide that met phase one benchmarks but failed to meet phase two - thereby failing to achieve their annual federal requirements.
