In fact what's proposed is not the raucous bierkeller some would have you think, where imbibers would toast the crowned bard with litres of yellow fizz in Mr Urdd steins.
A good bet is to head for a beer hall (sorozo), which are more like English pubs or German bierkellers.
Well not quite the first time - we did have a passing word in a bar underneath the main stand at Bayern Munich before City's hapless display in October 1970 when I was well oiled after a day in Munich's bierkellers and Roy was on crutches recovering from his broken leg.
