The mouse bioassay is currently the accepted method for detecting BoNT.
In the present study, we used the ER-CALUX bioassay to determine estrogenic/antiestrogenic activities of the prevalent PCB congeners and PCB mixtures isolated from human male serum.
We're also building a a flow-through bioassay facility allowing us to do more sophisticated testing on estrogen and many other compounds.
