Philosopher Rudolf Steiner developed biodynamics in the early 20th century to solve a farm's problems working with, rather than against, natural cycles. Twenty three of the 41 "studies" reviewed were published in junk science journals such as Biodynamics, a publication devoted to promoting the extreme theories of mystic organic founder Rudolf Steiner. Her colleagues include Carol Eugenia Burns, pianist and certified yoga instructor; Susan Nowicki, faculty member of the Curtis Institute of Music and accomplished instrumentalist; and Judy Huston, piano teacher and dancer who is also certified in Aston-Patterning and Craniosacral Biodynamics. |
