We weren't, so it was roast lamb belly with spiced Moroccan couscous and cumin jus with the other mains pan fried black bream with noodle salad and spiced oil.
Take one large or two small gutted whole fish (we use black bream or sea bass), 2 finely sliced onions, 4 finely sliced garlic cloves, 8 ripe, sliced tomatoes, 1 kg (2 lb 4 oz) potatoes, peeled and chopped into 1/4inch slices, a little olive oil, a few sprigs of rosemary and some salt and pepper.
The event which was won by North Wales qualifier Dewi Hughes with a catch of black bream.
