The Aztec lily, Blood lily, Daylily, Foxtail lily, Lily-of-the-valley and Zephyr lily are not true lilies.
It is Haemanthus coccineus, considered the most unusual species of blood lily - a South African bulb.
The Haemanthus is also called a blood lily, because of the red spots on the bulbs.
