| In "The Ex," Kate Bristow does a humorous job of using modern Australian vernacular to convey both the womanising bludger qualities of an ex-husband with her own sense of exile from the man with whom she was once tied: Two teams compete with defensive players, called Beaters, using Bludgers (yarn balls) to tag offensive players (Chasers), who charge the hoops at either end of the gym. You can still play with this new version that lets you shoot Quaffles through the spinning hoops, avoid the Bludgers and try to be the first to catch the Golden Snitch. |
