The three issues which Judge Selna tentatively found in favor of Biovail on the infringement controversy were the issues of free of pore-forming agent, dissolution profile, and comprising from 50mg to 400 mg bupropion hydrochloride, concluding that Anchen's product met each of these limitations of the '341 patent. TORONTO -- Biovail Corporation (NYSE:BVF)(TSX:BVF) announced today that Wellbutrin(R) XL, the first once-daily extended-release formulation of bupropion hydrochloride approved for the Canadian market for the treatment of depression in adults, has been officially launched and is commercially available. |
