CABINET
El Consejo de Ministros británico (Cabinet) se compone de unos veinte ministros, escogidos por el Primer Ministro (Prime Minister). Su función es la de planificar la legislación importante y defender la política del Gobierno en los debates.
En Estados Unidos el Cabinet tiene meramente carácter consultivo, su función es aconsejar al Presidente.
